Kevin (Julian Cheah) seeks justice after his girlfriend was killed by a mysterious killer on the loose who dresses up as a clown. He's told by authorities that this is the fourth case so far. He gets a gun from his Jamaican friend and hunts down the elusive killer clown. Things get worse when he saves a girl named Debbie from being killed but the killer does not give up.
